1, How can I track my order?
Please click on our order tracking page. You will need to type in your order number in the box and click track. If you order was shipped with the Post Office, you will receive an email with the Delivery Confirmation number. If you have any questions about our products, please use Contact Page or Live Chat Page.
2, How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 days for delivery via Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
3, I need to cancel an order. How can I do this?
Orders are processed quite quickly, sometimes within minutes after it is received. Therefore, requests to cancel an order must be received quickly as well. Contact Us as soon as possible to request cancellation of an order. Email is monitored constantly during business hours.
4, What is your shipping policy about our store?
The items you ordered will be shipped out in 2 business days after payment goes through. And it usually needs 5-7 days for delivery. But NO overnight shipping. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please provide us with detailed street address for the shipping, P.O. Box address will not be accepted. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 5, How much shipping fee will be charged for each order?
Free shipping on all order over £39, Otherwise we will charge 9.9 USD for shipping.
